Orders and cutoffs

We fry on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. An order joins the next fry day when it is placed before 8pm the night before; after that it joins the following one. Each fry day carries a fixed batch size, and when the batch is full the day closes for new orders. Party Platters require four days of notice and custom orders require one week. Placing an order is an offer to buy, accepted when we send the confirmation email naming your fry date.

Delivery and the radius

Delivery is limited to a ten-mile driving radius from Tucker, Georgia, and the checkout confirms your address before payment. The delivery loop runs between 10am and 2pm on the fry day, and we email a two-hour window that morning. If nobody is present, the driver leaves the box in the safest place at the address and texts a photo; from that point the guarantee below no longer applies, because the box has left our hands.

The Fresh-or-Free guarantee

If the box is not warm when handed to you, reply to the delivery text within one hour and we refund the whole order to the original payment method within three working days. You keep the food. The guarantee covers temperature and condition on arrival. It does not cover a change of mind after delivery, food left out for several hours, or an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Allergens and food safety

Everything we make contains wheat, and the mandazi dough contains coconut milk. The same fryer is used for all three products, so we cannot offer a gluten-free or allergen-isolated option and will say so plainly rather than guess. Boxes are best eaten the day they arrive. Once cool, mandazis and samosas keep for two days in an airtight container and reheat in an oven, never a microwave.

Cancellations and catering

Cancel a box before the 8pm cutoff for a full refund; after the cutoff the ingredients are already committed to your batch and the order stands. Catering bookings can be cancelled up to three days before the event for a full refund, and inside three days we refund half. Prices, counts and the delivery radius stated on this site apply from the date shown on your confirmation email.
