Catering is the same kitchen, the same three fry days and the same counts, scaled to a table instead of a doorstep. Every event below happened inside the ten-mile radius.
We publish what each event received and what it cost, because catering quotes in this category are usually vague on purpose. If you are weighing us against a tray from a grocery deli, you should be able to compare the numbers directly.
What catering looks like
Four days of notice, trays collected after
- Notice: four days, so your platters land on a Wednesday, Friday or Sunday fry morning rather than being cooked off-schedule.
- Counts: each Party Platter is thirty mandazis, twenty samosas and six large chipettes, which serves roughly twenty-five guests holding one plate each.
- Setup: we carry the covered trays to the table, and we come back for them the same evening so nobody is left with catering trash.
- Spice: one level per platter, so a four-platter event can run two mild, one medium and one hot across the same table.
Feeding a street, a hall or an office floor
Tell us the headcount and the date. If it lands inside four days of a fry morning and inside ten miles, we can cover it.
