Orders, delivery questions and catering enquiries all arrive in the same inbox, and Consolata reads it herself between batches.
We answer within one working day, and always before the next fry morning. Custom orders need at least a week of notice so ingredients can be sourced into a scheduled batch, and event platters need four days.
Kitchen hours
- Fry days: Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, 6am to 2pm.
- Delivery loop: 10am to 2pm on every fry day.
- Order cutoff: 8pm the night before a fry day.
- Catering notice: four days. Custom orders: one week.
Delivery area
Ten miles driving distance from Tucker, Georgia, covering Stone Mountain, Clarkston, Northlake, Lilburn and most of north Decatur. Outside that line, choose pickup at the kitchen and we hold your box for four hours.
